Crude & refined palm oil
JBE supplies both crude palm oil and refined palm oil. Crude palm oil is the unrefined vegetable oil extracted from the fleshy pulp (mesocarp) of oil palm fruit. Refined, bleached and deodorized (RBD) palm oil is processed for suitable food and industrial applications; the exact grade and intended use are agreed for each supply requirement.
- Crude palm oil — naturally reddish-orange because of its carotene content, including beta-carotene
- Composition — a mix of saturated and unsaturated fatty acids, notably palmitic and oleic acids, with naturally occurring tocopherols and tocotrienols
- Physical character — often semi-solid at room temperature; consistency depends on temperature and grade
- Refined palm oil — typically pale yellow after refining; fractionated palm olein is more fluid than whole palm oil

Palm oil: from fruit to supply
Crude palm oil production moves through four main stages before further refining. This describes the product’s general production process, not a claim that JBE owns or operates a palm-oil mill.
- Harvesting — ripe fresh fruit bunches are cut from oil palm trees
- Sterilization — steam treatment softens the fruit and limits enzyme activity
- Threshing and pressing — fruits are separated from the bunches and mechanically pressed to release the oil
- Clarification — oil is separated from water and impurities to obtain crude palm oil

Palm oil applications
Most crude palm oil is further refined into RBD palm oil. Unrefined red palm oil is also used in traditional cooking in parts of West Africa, Southeast Asia and Brazil, where suitable food-grade requirements are met. Industrial applications include biofuel feedstocks, soaps, cosmetics and oleochemical products. Food-grade and industrial-grade requirements must be specified separately.
Country-cow dung cakes & powder
We supply country-cow dung products in cake and powdered forms. Cakes provide a compact dried format; powder is prepared for convenient handling and use in suitable manure and soil-conditioning applications. Processing, moisture, packing and intended use are confirmed for each order. Export classification and destination-specific import or biosecurity requirements must be checked for the actual product and market.

Commercial principle
JBE’s stated trading focus is straightforward: dependable product quality, appropriate pricing and on-time fulfilment for domestic and international relationships.
