Care at the centre

The group carries forward an inherited Goshala and cow-care tradition dating to 1823. This heritage informs the modern operating model; it is distinct from JBE Group’s research and commercial foundation established from 1995 to 1999.

Cow-based economy

The model links animal care, feed, dung and urine collection, organic-input production and cultivation—seeking value from every stage without treating any output as waste.

Milk supply and procurement

Milk supplies to dairy plants move from local farms and collection centres through structured procurement chains involving direct farmer registration, village cooperatives and insulated transport.

  • Farm collection — farmers milk cattle twice daily and bring fresh milk to village collection points or primary dairy societies
  • Quality testing — technicians test milk at collection centres for fat content, solid-not-fat (SNF) percentage and purity before acceptance
  • Chilling and storage — local centres cool raw milk rapidly using bulk milk coolers to prevent bacterial growth before loading into insulated tankers
  • Transportation — refrigerated and insulated road tankers carry the cooled milk efficiently from rural collection hubs to large urban and regional dairy processing plants
